This is a Thermal Break for use between the group and the boiler on an Olympia Cremina Model 67 Vintage Espresso Machine.

In our experience and testing this Teflon Thermal Break is an effective group temperature management tool.

It is not a sealing gasket (it is to be used in conjunction with the standard o-ring group seal) - it is a Thermal Break. The 14mm length bolts are a replacement for the original 12mm bolts.

Made of FDA Compliant PTFE (Teflon), 1/16" thick. Set includes the Thermal Break and 4 M6x14 Bolts for installation. Hand made in our workshop in Idaho, USA.
