Taxes & VAT

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state where orphan espresso holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

International Customers PLEASE NOTE - You are responsible for the tax or VAT on your package, you may need to contact your customs office, or respond to a notice they give you - if you do not pay the tax or VAT that is due, they will return the package to us. In the event the package is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price of the merchandise only when it arrives back at our warehouse - no shipping cost will be refunded. We do not have any way to estimate the tax or VAT that may be due.
