Shipping & Returns


Your purchase will be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS), Fedex, or by United Parcel Service (UPS), or other carrier, depending on the weight, and your shipping address.  All International packages will be sent by USPS - First Class International, or Priority International. If you need special shipping services - expedited, special signature requirements, UPS Global or Fedex International, Registered mail, or any other non-standard method, please inquire before purchasing - we do our best to accommodate your needs. Shipment will usually occur within 2 business days (we even ship USPS on Saturday!) - we try to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible.

If the checkout is showing an amount for shipping that is higher than it seems it should be - PLEASE CONTACT US - shipping calculators do make mistakes!


Parts are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are in original UNOPENED packaging.

Damage caused by improper use, or improper installation are the customer's responsibility.

No guarantee or warranty is made by Orphan Espresso that the part you purchase will successfully fix your machine - old machines are like old cars - no two are exactly alike.

Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case by case basis, at Orphan Espresso's sole discretion.


In the event that you want to return anything you purchase from us, please contact us via email for return instructions. On any item return we will refund your purchase price after the item is received back here. Undamaged returns will incur a 15% stocking fee.  We don't refund shipping costs unless a mistake is made by us. Please feel free to email for any clarification, or discuss any problem you have!

Some items we sell, such as vintage & used items, may be sold As-Is, Not Returnable - this will always be stated clearly in the description of that item.
