 Description
Excellent condition Pyrex Vacuum Coffee Maker, made by Corning.  This is the "Aiken Model A1-8B", it is an 8 cup model, with Platinum trim, black Bakelite handles, and Bakelite bowl stand.  Upper bowl is marked UWA-8, lower bowl (carafe) is marked LWA-8.    It has a Glass Rod & Spring filter, and is excellent condition.  This model has a handy Bowl Release lever on the handle of the lower carafe which makes it very easy to remove the upper bowl - just press down on the silver release lever, and it lifts the upper bowl - very nice!  Comes with the original box, and wire grid.
