| The Porlex Stainless Steel coffee grinder is the newest addition to our line of exceptional hand espresso coffee grinders. The design is very similar to the Kyocera, which has been well accepted as a very capable and consistent hand grinder for turkish powder to french press. The body is 100% stainless steel and the fit of the body parts is excellent. The conical burr is ceramic and lends itself to easy cleaning and a long rust free life. Inner spring mechanism keeps the burr evenly adjusted even on the coarser grinds. It is overall a bit larger than the Kyocera but has similar capacity and grinding function. We do not test each new hand grinder before shipment so some factory flaw may exist. We do not test run each grinder at each setting to examine for fines, etc......please, as a consumer research the forums - make an informed purchase but PLEASE be aware that this product, or any other is not an open ended subscription item which can be used up, abused, broken, dropped, overtightened, and then returned for a new one free of charge! We do not offer a lifetime gurantee on this or any other grinder, it is simply a good quality hand grinder, not a commercial espresso grinder and not intended to be a substitute for a commercial espresso grinder.
