Description

Tamping Pad? Coaster? Mini Trivet? You choose! We see this as an espresso portafilter tamping pad. But, the way WE see things isn't necessarily the way YOU see things - and we have found that sometimes the way WE use a thing is not the way You will use it! So lets call it a 3 1/2" Skitter Pad! Made of 100% post consumer recycled rubber, has a nice grabby, textured surface which doesn't skitter around on smooth counter tops. It doesn't show marks on the surface of the rubber, nor does it mark other surfaces! The original OE Skitter pad is a mere 1/4" thick but this brute of a pad is a full 3/8" thick and is made of a very dense & rugged material - called Elephant Bark. This is a by product of another project here at OE, so, combining the 100% recycled nature of the original material, and the reuse of a by product, it gets DOUBLE green points!
