 Description
The Grindripper coffee grinding and brewing system is a great new product from Blackwine of Korea.   It features a ergonomically designed grinder body with ceramic burr and polycarbonate open cone single cup brewer and is designed to grind directly into the brewer cone for the freshest of all possible dripper brewed coffee.  It measures 6 1/2 inches high and the  brewer cone bottom disc is 3 1/4 inches in diameter.



  The ceramic burr is made in Korea and is very similar to the white ceramic burr in the Japanese Kyocera grinder and has a stepped bottom adjustment for the burr tightness.    The burr axle has a spring to assist in opening the burrs at coarser settings for improved grind consistency.



We have thoroughly tested this grinder and find that while it will grind espresso it is best suited for just the purpose which it was designed....drip coffee.  The open cone style dripper cone  requires a bit finer grind than the single or double hole drippers and we have found that there are about 4 clicks of the burr  adjustment wheel that are well within the grinding range for this style cone       It is very simple to use:    simply add the desired amount of coffee beans, put a filter paper in the cone, and attach the cone to the grinder.



It grinds a fine drip at about 150 turns per tablespoon of beans, very quiet and even with minimal turning force required.   Remove the lower cone





The Grindripper system comes with a lower cap to keep the grinder tidy





Now you are ready to brew your freshly ground cup of coffee....just that simple!!

The Grindripper comes with the grinder/dripper combo and a package of 50 paper coffee filters especially designed for the Black Wine dripper cone.....
